We created Prime Directive Training to solve problems in construction companies we have witnessed first hand. We come from a construction family with decades of experience working in and around construction companies.

Prime Directive Training is named after our internal definition of a construction company we call “The Prime Directive” — To have the correct people, material and tools in the correct place at the correct time.

While that is a simple mantra, there is a lot that goes into it. Through the decades of experience we have developed SOPs, playbooks and coaching programs that put operators back in control of their company to get more projects done on time and on budget.
